Shipping Times: Most orders arrive within 7-15 days, with an additional 1-3 day processing time. Customs clearance may cause delays.
Customised products: it usually takes 3-12 working days for customised processing, and there may be a large number of scheduling orders on relevant holidays, so please arrange the order time reasonably.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. For some orders, tracking may not be available.

30-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unworn, unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items、 gift cards & customised personalised products are not eligible for returns.
Return Process: Contact us at office@popplush.shop to start a return. Instructions will follow if approved. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it and make a new purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection, which may take up to 1-3 business days.
